The program

Learn the practice. Experience the practice. Learn to hold it for others.

This program brings together forest bathing, sensory awareness, nervous-system support, reflective practice, ritual, poetry, and nature connection.

Students move through preparatory learning, a full in-person immersion, and a week of integration. The experience is designed to feel spacious, practical, and deeply embodied.

Location & attendance

Join us in the forest, or from wherever you are.

The online sessions are the same for everyone. The immersion day is where location matters, so there are two ways to take it.

In person · Vancouver & surrounding areas

Immersion days are held at natural sites around Vancouver and the surrounding areas in British Columbia, on Fridays and Sundays from 10am–3pm, scheduled as needed and as availability allows. The meeting place for your cohort is confirmed by email ahead of the day.

Fully guided online

For students outside the travel range, the immersion day is available as a fully guided online experience. You are led through the same grounding, nature walking, forest bathing, poetry, and reflective practice in a natural space near you, with your facilitator present throughout.
